GuideConnect for Sales Executives Course

Overview

Welcome to the GuideConnect Sales Executives Course. This short course aims to give you confidence to know that you have a clear understanding of the GuideConnect product available from Dolphin.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe common sight loss conditions that may result in a person requiring the use of magnification and screen reader technology to access a computer.
  • Explain the history of Dolphin Computer Access and the key products it offers.
  • Explain how users may interact with GuideConnect including the ways they may navigate the user interface, access menus, and change settings.
  • Explain the key components available with GuideConnect.
  • Explain the sources of help available to Dealers and clients using software from Dolphin Computer Access.
  • Identify the key points to highlight when demonstrating GuideConnect.

Certification

This short course comprises eight lessons and an end of course quiz. You can request a certificate and digital badge on successful completion of this course.

The course should take approximately one hour to complete.
