SuperNova for Sales Executives Course

Overview

Welcome to the SuperNova Sales Executives Course. This short course aims to give you confidence to know that you have a clear understanding of the magnification and screen reader products available from Dolphin.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe common sight loss conditions that may result in a person requiring the use of magnification and screen reader technology to access a computer.
  • Explain the history of Dolphin Computer Access and the key products it offers.
  • Explain the key features available with each edition of SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader.
  • Explain the purpose of Dolphin EasyReader and the key benefits of a Premium Plan.
  • Explain the sources of help available to Dealers and clients using software from Dolphin Computer Access.

Certification

This short course comprises nine lessons and an end of course quiz. You can request a certificate and digital badge on successful completion of this course.

The course should take approximately one hour to complete.
